The rental period begins on the agreed-upon delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date. Any extension or changes to the rental period must be communicated to Levant in advance.

Payment:
Payment for the furniture rental must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Levant accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Security Deposit:
Levant may require a security deposit prior to the rental period. The deposit will be refunded after the furniture is returned in good condition, minus any applicable fees for damages or late returns.

Care and Responsibility:
Renters are responsible for the proper care and use of the rented furniture during the rental period. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

Delivery, Setup, and Pickup:
Levant provides delivery, setup, and pickup services for your convenience. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure that the delivery and pickup locations are accessible and ready for furniture installation and removal.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations must be made within a specified timeframe to be eligible for a refund. Levant reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee based on the timing of the cancellation.

Changes and Modifications:
Any changes or modifications to the rental order must be communicated to Levant in advance. Levant will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or fulfillment of all requests.

Liability:
Levant is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the rental period. Renters are advised to take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of guests and property.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes or claims arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
